Brady has been using EFT with her clients and with herself for ten years. She received the Adv-EFT credential available ten years ago and also received training from such noted EFT trainers as Carol Look, David Feinstein, Lindsay Kenny, and Zoe Walton. To keep herself current with new information and the new credentialing system, Brady recently completed the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology's (ACEP) Level One Training in EFT and it's Level One Training in Comprehensive Energy Psychology.

As someone who has had a high-stress life both personally and professionally, leveraging the powerful combination of EFT and Brady’s insights as a coach has allowed me
to leave that stress behind. Now that she taught me the technique, I use EFT almost every day on my own and the effect is so strong and positive. I never would have thought I could be this productive and motivated without experiencing anxiety or pressure. Feeling the power of truly being in control of my life and my future is incredibly rewarding and I feel luck that I found Brady during this pivotal time in my life. Thank you, Brady!" - H.B., Ann Arbor Brady urged me to try EFT before talking with my ex-husband. I did it and it seemed to change my energy. I left the discussion feeling safe and not wounded. ....The EFT helped me to just listen and not judge what he was saying.
--Client, Ann Arbor "I can't say enough about the wellness coaching session I had. Brady listened so carefully, asking thoughtful and grounded questions. Several hit the mark. I began to understand the art of regulating energy in a completely different light and I’ve been using what she taught me with great results. I am affected by my work with people in emotional or physical distress. But regardless of where stress comes from,
I highly recommend Brady’s wellness coaching session." - J.Y.B., Ann Arbor I went to see Brady because I have experienced chronic anxiety for a long time. In only four sessions, Brady's work with me provided marked relief of this anxiety. She used EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and several other stress reduction interventions. Brady's kindness, creativity and dedication were a wonderful experience. I have regained a sense of well being and feel more grounded in my life. Our work together was healing and freeing."
- S.B., Ann Arbor "I just want to thank you so much for all your help. Without your coaching I am convinced that I would still be in that awful downward spiral. Now thanks to you and EFT, I am more successful in my career, have vastly improved my personal situation and am very happy and able to deal with most bumps in the road. When I first heard about EFT, I thought it was a bit silly and that it couldn’t possibly have any positive effect, but you have shown me that is absolutely not true. I am amazed at how a couple of rounds of it can completely change my attitude and feelings. You have my gratitude along with my immense respect for your professionalism,
knowledge and caring." - P.W., Ann Arbor Sign up for

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
WHAT IS EFT?
![]() Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), is a powerful self-help modality created by Gary Craig, a former engineer who became a personal performance coach. In his search to help his coaching clients achieve better results, he discovered Thought Field Therapy, taught by Roger Callahan, which then led him to create Emotional Freedom Technique. The way Gary Craig sees it, when we (all of us) have a negative thought, emotion, or event – our internal energy system is usually disrupted or blocked. Most people can feel the disruption and blockage even if they cannot physically see the energetic system itself. EFT clears the blocked energy and balances the disturbance. What happens then? This allows the user of EFT to move closer to their natural state of well-being and flow.
To give you a recent example, a new client came to my office. She had taken a professional test several times and had failed each time. She was looking for help with her deep distress over failing but also for help to retake the test and pass. This is what she said after 2 sessions of EFT. (And yes, she did pass the test!) "I highly recommend Brady for her skillful knowledge of EFT, if you have trouble with anxiety, self-defeating thoughts and/or physical ailments. Her direct calming approach put me at ease, and she kindly challenged distorted thoughts I had with test-taking. As a result, I felt and feel a lot lighter and less doubtful. Thank you Brady for helping me conquer my fears!" -MR, Coaching Client EFT is a somewhat unconventional technique in this culture -- at least most of my clients think so! However, it is gaining in popularity and credibility as more and more people experience it. A recent client of mine had heard about it from his child’s doctor. Another client had seen it demonstrated on TV. Football players, Olympic athletes and others in the sports arena use EFT. EFT is currently used by many life coaches, educators, therapists, nurses, doctors, healers, etc. all over the world. A "cousin" to EFT has been used to help trauma victims all over the world. So what is it and how does it work? To begin EFT, the individual must focus on negative feelings, events, and thoughts -- phenomena that block their well-being and block their energy. Once they are focused on the negative, the individual taps certain acupressure points on the body while verbalizing their problem. Why tap on special points on the body? EFT accesses one of the body's unseen yet powerful energy systems, the meredian system, discovered in China over 5,000 years ago. This system is barely known about or understood here in the West, but that is beginning to change. Here is a simple visual of most of the main EFT tapping point.
WHY LEARN EFT?
It is easy-to-learn, easy-to-use, gentle, non-invasive, produces no side-effects,
can be used almost anywhere, and often has rapid results. EFT is consistent with my approach to coaching. It is a collaboration, with the client and me working together to achieve their goals; for example to reduce stress and anxiety or to eliminate negative thoughts that reduce their effectiveness. Furthermore, the client does not have to depend on me to use EFT. It is something he/she can take home, and use as desired and needed. Note: EFT helps people release the negative, which is GOOD, and then it can be used to create positive, powerful and life-enhancing thoughts and beliefs, which is GREAT! HOW CAN I INITIATE AN EFT SESSION?
Simply email or call Brady (734.747.8240) to set up an appointment. In the first appointment, Brady will teach you EFT, and work with you on an important concern or problem. She will give you a concise handout to take home, and answer any questions you have about EFT. If you find this approach helpful, you can decide then whether you want to engage in any more sessions.
